Guidelines for Initiative Implementation

Maintaining the reputation and status of the university in all publications and advertisements related to the initiatives
The supervisor of the initiative must be a faculty member or an administrator from the college
The supervisor of the initiative must be committed to presenting the publications and bulletins related to the initiative to the head of the unit to obtain approval for publication
Initiatives must be submitted to the unit's email at least 4 weeks prior to the proposed implementation date.
Adherence to the university’s regulations and systems in the event of cooperation with entities outside the university
Submit a report after the end of the competition to the unit's email, provided that the submission does not exceed two weeks from the end date.
A survey of the opinions of the beneficiaries of the initiative must be submitted and the results of the survey must be included in the report submitted to the volunteer work coordinator after the initiative is implemented

Review the objectives of the activity and the desired results
Clarify the tasks of the volunteer/participant and what is expected of him/her
Clarify the tasks assigned to the volunteer/participant and what is expected of him/her
Each volunteer/participant is assigned the work given his/her capabilities and abilities
Clarify the time required of the volunteer/participant to spend on the selected initiatives
Treat the volunteer or participant with respect and instill confidence in them to effectively carry out the agreed-upon tasks and responsibilities.
